sunday mornings have become the time when we get our raw milk for the week so its been the usual mad dash washing all the glass jars i can find to house the 30 litres thats on its way!
i'll make paneer and yoghurt and will try my hand at haloumi. i do love a fridge packed full at the end of the processing.
the milk comes in 10 and 20 litre pails and i bail it out with the green gate jug - it has proved to be the best pourer. the blue jug is for catchment - i don't like to waste a drop - literally!
