when prairie went to camp last year i bought some new sheets for her. then, for christmas we bought her a bean bag for her room - you guessed it! i didn't even click until i got it home that it would match her sheets!
also for christmas, i bought myself a book - inspired by this quilt
and on saturday night for the dinner party i put a new christmas dish towel out on the stove
and then i look at yesterdays post and realise the ironing board is polka dots but bright pink not red - still with the dots though!
with this obvious obsession that has creep into my very soul i might have to have a bash at making one of those flickr mosaics!
perhaps i really am dotty - i'm sure my children would nod their heads off in agreement and probably michael too for what its worth!
ps just had to make the mosaic!!
You can never have too many polkadots!

There's something wonderful about poka dots so don't worry about your new found obsession. They bring happiness!

Hi my name is Jenny and it's been one day since I either stitched, bought or wore polka dot fabric.
I can totally get the polka dot thing. They're bright, fetching, they blend, they contrast, the do so dang much!
My problem is that my friend (www.freyablackwood.net) is a polka dot kinda chick too and she just feeds my desire for more spots!
What's a girl to do? We're only human!
You're right though. That mosaic had to be made. It looks fabulous. Of course!
Hope it's not too hot for you.
Jen
