we're on a bender with the blender! morning, noon, night.tossed into every awaiting dish. our local organinc store has it in great big bags at the moment for, surprisingly, a good price. i love it. i might even go so far as to say that it is my favourite green. i have seedlings popping up but for now i will buy those big bursting bags of goodness. we have it in a smoothie in the morning and threw it over pizzas on the weekend. what tucked under the cheese was deliciously cooked, what lay exposed was crispy and so tasty. i made a potato and corned beef hash last night and threw the finely shredded vegetable through at the last moment. it doesn't all go in the blender, most of the time i shred it before adding it. and best of all, one feels so virtuous for consuming so much green!
